After that, the biggest format of the game will get started there will be 2 test matches series among both the teams this test series will be the part of the ICC test championship. New Zealand will have the chance to raise their points in the ICC test championship and upgrade themselves in the points tally.
Previous India Tour of New Zealand (2019)
The last match between the two teams was played in the World Cup semi-final, in which New Zealand defeated India by 17 runs and entered the final. This time tour going to happen after one year because the previous tour happened in January 2019 (5 ODIs and 3 T20s) where India won the ODI series by 4-1 but Kiwis made come back in t20 series and concluded the tour by winning the 3 matches t20 series by 2-1 on their soil.
Again the tour is going to commence at kiwis soil. India and New Zealand are on no.2 and no.3 in ODI rankings. so, it will be interesting to see whether Kiwis will take their revenge back in 50 overs cricket or not and which team gonna dominate the other.
