Some IPL records seem to be unbroken

  • IPL Records seem to be unbroken:-

Indian Premier League (IPL) is one of the most popular t20 league in the world. It is mainly known for its uncertainties of the game and its records, explosive batting, high run chase, etc.

Last year IPL has completed its 12th season and in these 12 years lots of records made and broke by players but there are many IPL records which very hard to be break.

Generally, people use to say records are made to be broken but there are some IPL records that are very difficult to break and in the upcoming seasons might be these records will remain unbroken.

Here are some IPL records which seem to be unbroken:-

1. Chris Gayle’s 175:-

In the 2013 IPL, Chris Gayle played an innings that left everyone stunned, in this way he smashed the Pune Warriors bowling attack fiercely and only fours and sixes were seen in the field.

The strength of his batting was that he did not know when he scored an unbeaten 175 in 66 balls at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. During his innings, the left-handed batsman broke the record for the fastest 100 in T20 and the highest individual score in T20.

If someone wants to break this record in the future, then he will have to bat the same fire as Gayle did on that day.

2. Maximum runs by any batsmen in a single season:-

Virat Kohli is the batsman who named this record Kohli scored 973 runs in a single season of IPL and it would not be wrong to say that it was the best season for any batsman in any format or situation.

Kohli was in the tremendous form that cricket season and continued his golden phase in the IPL as well. He had already received the Player of the Tournament award in the World T20.

3. Most consecutive triumph by any team :

Kolkata Knight Riders is one of the most successful teams of IPL and this team has many records. Kolkata Knight Riders hold the record for winning the most matches in the IPL. In the 2014-15 IPL season, KKR set a record of winning 10 matches.

This is the record for the most consecutive match wins of any IPL team. Kolkata Knight Riders won the IPL trophy after the 9 consistent triumphs in 2014 and also won the first match in the 2015 season and eventually, RCB broke the KKR winning streak.

4. Most runs by any team in a single match:-

It is the same match in which Chris Gayle played an explosively and scored 175 off 66 balls, RCB set the record for the most runs against Pune Warriors India in the same match. RCB scored 263 for 5 wickets in 20 overs thanks to Gayle’s innings in that match.

5. Maximum runs in an over 37:-

This seems to be almost impossible to listen because if we go reckoningly still batsmen hit 6 sixes on 6 balls & still it will be 36. But this is true this unwanted record made by the Kerala cricketer Prasanth Parameswaran he is the left-handed pace bowler played from Kochi Tuskers Kerala, and Chris gayle was the batsmen who smashed Prasanth Parameswaran in an over and became the worst nightmare.

6. Lowest Total by any team:-

This IPL record that no team would like to break. While the name of RCB is the record for scoring the most runs in the IPL, the name of this team also holds the record for the lowest score. RCB’s team was bagged on just 49 runs in the 2017 season against KKR.

7. Chennai super kings qualifier record:-

Nobody can deny that the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has been the most competitive and dominating team in the history of IPL. They took part in 9 seasons out of 11 and CSK went into the playoffs every time .has they made it to the playoffs every time o and they are the only team to do so.
